1. Sign up for an email account.
Almost all sites will ask you for a valid email upon registration. Make sure to have an email account just for traffic exchanges so that you do not get unwanted emails and spam in your work or personal account. I recommend Gmail because almost all emails will usually come through quickly.
2. Sign up for a Paypal or Alertpay account.
Some traffic exchanges pay members cash. They will pay you through these, so make sure you have an account.
3. Know how these sites work.

- Surf other sites
- Wait for timer (manual only)
- Click on corresponding picture or number
- Assign credits to your websites
- Get visitors!
